Geologic Wonders
Enjoy these views of nature all under one roof one day a year at a rock show near you or now. Start with May 2023 with a collection of amber. Can you name each rock that you see? Some rocks are polished and used to make things like jewelry or home decor. Others are for collectors who display them at home. Which ones do you like? A light box or stand can help with objects like crystal displays. Geodes are cut open to reveal crystals within. Some rocks are carved. Can you find any? You can see prices on some of the items for sale. You can also find fossils of various sizes at these shows.
